Thought Field Therapy

Sometimes things can be too difficult to talk about. Sometimes we need a quick solution to calm distress.

​

Thought Field Therapy is a method used to treat emotional and physical disturbances by using a sequence of tapping on acupressure points. The acupressure points used in TFT are located on the face, hands, near the collarbone, and under the arm. The individual taps on their own pressure points while focusing on a specific distressing thought, and this decreases the intensity of the emotional distress. TFT helps to balance the body's energy system, leading to natural healing and improved mental health.
