Angie has over 24 years of experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including 11 years of experience as a therapist in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with stress from relationships and those wanting to heal from past trauma. Other treatment areas include: depression, grief, parenting, blended family issues, divorce, parent/child conflict, motivation, and anger.

Angie uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, depending on the individual needs of each client, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is a Certified EMDR Therapist, has completed the trauma certificate program through the Trauma Care Institute and is certified in Screening, Brief Intervention & Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) for substance abuse.

In-office and telehealth appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays

Telehealth only on Wednesdays.
