Here to help you find balance in today’s busy world.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying more than people can see. I am here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength and rediscover what matters most. In our work together, your voice will always be heard and respected. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my goal is to to empower you to use your voice to create the life you desire.

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, domestic or family violence, and major life transitions. These experiences can have deep emotional impacts, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and difficulty trusting yourself. As your therapist, I am here to help you not only “get through it,” but reclaim your sense of power, build resilience, and move forward with intention and purpose.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I will be a steady, supportive presence as you explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to be. I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you develop coping skills, process past experiences that continue to resurface, and connect with your own strengths and values. My space is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming - everyone deserves a place where they can show up as themselves, and I would be honored to provide that space for you.
