I have over 20 years of experience working with teens and families from diverse backgrounds in child welfare, school social work, and mental health. I have 8 years of clinical experience as a therapist in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with overwhelming stress/anxiety related to work, school, or relationships. I also do a lot of work with individuals who struggle with lack of confidence, or who have experienced past trauma. Other treatment areas include: depression, grief, work/life balance, parenting, blended family issues, divorce, parent/child conflict, lack of motivation, and anger/irritability.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
