Personal Statement:
I offer an empathetic, strengths-based approach to therapy. I aim to give you a non-judgemental space built off authenticity, trust and warmth. I recognize healing is unique to everyone, therefore I meet you where you are in life and empower you towards where you want to go. I also recognize that systems of power, privilege and oppression impact each of us and may inhibit us from surviving and thriving, therefore I work with you to identify internal resources and community support systems. I utilize trauma-informed care and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy strategies in order to assist in the connection between thought, feeling, and behavior patterns. However, we will always work together to determine the best type of therapy for your specific needs.

I have had the privilege to work with both individuals and groups with concerns including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem/or low confidence, overwhelming stress, burn out, lack of motivation, anger/irritability, and spiritual issues. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming.
I understand seeking therapy is an overwhelming process. I would be honored to navigate the anxiety, the stress, the sadness, and more with you. Together, we will build upon the strengths you already hold inside, and work to understand the thoughts and feelings that come with everything else.
